Rio Tinto has introduced this Portal to allow businesses to view expressions of interest (EOIs) for goods and / or services required by Rio Tinto from time to time, and to allow eligible businesses (ie. those that have completed the registration process) to submit responses to those EOIs.
Rio Tinto will decide, in its absolute discretion, which businesses that have responded to an EOI will be invited to respond to a Request Document issued by Rio Tinto for the supply of goods/services that it requires (which may be through a request for information (RFI), a request for proposal (RFP), a request for tender (RFT) a request for quote (RFQ) or any other form of request document issued by Rio Tinto).
Uploading or posting a response to an EOI does not guarantee that Rio Tinto will invite you to respond to a Request Document or that Rio Tinto will ultimately issue you with a Purchase Order or enter into a Contract with you. Rio Tinto reserves its absolute discretion in respect of these matters and will have no liability to you as a result of any decision to award or not award a contract to you.

successful bidder shall be responsible for the full coordination and execution
of end-to-end logistics services, including domestic port handling and local customs
clearance. This includes arranging and supervising cargo unloading at the port,
managing container movements and storage, preparing and managing all required
documentation. The
service provider is also required to handle customs clearance processes,
including accurate classification, submission of declarations, payment of
applicable duties and taxes, and liaison with relevant authorities to ensure
timely cargo release and timely deliver to site. Additionally, the service provider must ensure
compliance with all applicable regulations, provide regular status updates,
proactively manage risks or delays, and coordinate final delivery where
applicable to ensure efficient and seamless logistics operations. |

construction services which includes pavement repair and general maintenance

service provider shall also be responsible for ditch cleaning service which includes
daily dredging, garbage and floating debris removal, and weed removal within
the existing Ditch area, but does not include new ditch construction or
renovation, structural repair and reinforcement, slope treatment, or bottom

The successful bidder will be required to undertake the full pest control service which includes routine mosquito extermination, inspection and preventive treatment within a designated area, but does not include large-scale sudden pest control, special environmental renovation or epidemic prevention measures requiring government intervention.
The lawn mowing and garden maintenance
services include lawn mowing, grass clipping removal, and daily maintenance and
management of trees, shrubs, and ground cover plants within the agreed scope
(including routine mowing, watering, fertilization, weeding, and pest and
disease prevention); greening replanting, plant replacement and
transplantation, repair of man-made damage, special pest and disease control,
soil improvement, and renovation and repair of greening facilities. |

production area, as well as general dust and oil removal. Not including

10-day storage capacity shall consist of 7 days inventory as a minimum
