We hereby invite suitably qualified, independent, and accredited service providers to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the provision of third-party quality testing, inspection, and verification services for Earth works, concrete works and pile foundations on Zulti South Project.

The objective is to ensure that all earthworks, concrete works and designs comply with approved specifications, relevant standards, and project quality requirements. All works shall be executed in accordance with the project specifications, approved method statements, and applicable South African standards, including COTO Standard Specifications, relevant SANS requirements and RBM Standards.

1. Overview of General Supply Requirements

The scope of works entails the construction of two 33 kv overhead powerlines and associated works namely

·        The 9.5km Power supply lines for the tailings and ore dressing plants

·        The 3.5km power supply lines for the booster pumpstation

All powerlines are inclusive of ancillary works like transformers, cabling ,material procurement etc.

The work comprises the civil work required for the development and preparation of the Tailings Area and associated infrastructure within the proposed new operating mining facility. The Mining and Tailings Related Scope extend adjacent and parallel to the on-lease access road, between the Process Plant and the TSF and it is approximately 3 km. All works shall be executed in accordance with the project specifications, approved method statements, and applicable South African standards, including COTO Standard Specifications, relevant SANS requirements and RBM Standards.
