Rio Tinto a mis en place ce portail pour permettre aux entreprises de consulter les manifestations d'intérêt (EOI) pour les biens et/ou services requis par Rio Tinto de temps à autre, et pour permettre aux entreprises éligibles (c'est-à-dire celles qui ont terminé le processus d'inscription) de soumettre des réponses à ces EOI.
Rio Tinto décidera, à son entière discrétion, quelles entreprises ayant répondu à une EOI seront invitées à répondre à un document de demande émis par Rio Tinto pour la fourniture des biens/services dont elle a besoin (qui peut être par le biais d'une demande d'informations (RFI), d'une demande de proposition (RFP), d'une demande d'offre (RFT), d'une demande de devis (RFQ) ou de toute autre forme de document de demande émise par Rio Tinto.).
Le téléchargement ou la publication d'une réponse à un EOI ne garantit pas que Rio Tinto vous invitera à répondre à un document de demande ou que Rio Tinto finira par vous délivrer un bon de commande ou conclura un contrat avec vous. Rio Tinto se réserve son entière discrétion en ce qui concerne ces questions et n'assumera aucune responsabilité envers vous en cas de décision de vous attribuer ou de ne pas vous attribuer un contrat

The
successful bidder will be required to undertake the Road maintenance and
construction services which includes pavement repair and general maintenance
work (such as pothole repair, crack treatment, road marking maintenance and
drainage outlet cleaning) within the existing road area.
The
service provider shall also be responsible for ditch cleaning service which includes
daily dredging, garbage and floating debris removal, and weed removal within
the existing Ditch area, but does not include new ditch construction or
renovation, structural repair and reinforcement, slope treatment, or bottom
slab. |

The successful bidder will be required to undertake the full pest control service which includes routine mosquito extermination, inspection and preventive treatment within a designated area, but does not include large-scale sudden pest control, special environmental renovation or epidemic prevention measures requiring government intervention.
The lawn mowing and garden maintenance
services include lawn mowing, grass clipping removal, and daily maintenance and
management of trees, shrubs, and ground cover plants within the agreed scope
(including routine mowing, watering, fertilization, weeding, and pest and
disease prevention); greening replanting, plant replacement and
transplantation, repair of man-made damage, special pest and disease control,
soil improvement, and renovation and repair of greening facilities. |

The successful bidder will be required to undertake full office cleaning services which includes daily cleaning, garbage removal, and basic disinfection of designated office areas, but do not include specialized cleaning of non-designated areas.
The
contractor shall also be responsible for Industrial cleaning services which
includes routine cleaning of floors and structures within the construction or
production area, as well as general dust and oil removal. Not including
high-risk operations, equipment disassembly and cleaning, or specialized
chemical cleaning projects. |

The facilities are
intended to service both the 2750t plant and the SDM500 plant, ensuring
reliable, safe, and efficient fuel storage, handling, and distribution. The fuel and lubrication facilities should be fully functional with the
fuel tank capacity to support 10 days inventory capacity based on the average
annual consumption for both the 2750t plant and SDM500 plant operation. The
10-day storage capacity shall consist of 7 days inventory as a minimum
operational inventory, and 3 days buffer capacity. |
